France – Event services – Marché relatif à l'organisation du Salon et des Rencontres de « Destination Montagnes »

This consultation concerns the selection of a contractor to organize the 2025, 2026, and 2027 editions of the "Destination Montagnes" Trade Show and Meetings on behalf of the contracting authority. The successful bidder will be responsible for developing the event's visual identity, organizing and managing the marketing, executing and monitoring the event, and implementing an online business convention platform to facilitate registration for all participants and the scheduling of business appointments prior to the trade show. Organized by Atout France, the Destination Montagnes Trade Show brings together approximately 240 exhibiting companies each year (large ski areas and family resorts, accommodation providers, transport companies, service providers, etc.) whose objective is to market their offerings to nearly 450 international buyers (tour operators, travel agents) from over 50 countries. Over 10,000 appointments are pre-scheduled over the two days of the event to allow exhibiting professionals to develop their business contacts with general or specialist influencers focused on mountain products and/or France. The two days of the trade show are preceded, on Monday, by the Destination Mountains Meetings, which bring together some 150 to 200 professionals from the French mountain tourism sector for discussions on the industry and its challenges.
