The contract concerns the management of Traveller sites, including the management of the social and educational program, as well as the organization and management of summer transits, temporary sites, and adapted sites. These services are subject to obligations of means and results in terms of service quality, and the candidate's offer is contractually binding. This contract is divided into two phases: Firm Phase: - Management of the Cancale Traveller site - Management of the Saint-Malo Traveller site - Management of the large transit site - Management of storage sites Optional Phases: 1- Management of the temporary site(s) 2- Management of adapted sites The details of the services requested and the expected outcomes are specified in the Technical Specifications. Saint-Malo Agglomeration reserves the right to confirm or decline the confirmation of the optional phase. The activation will be subject to a service order issued by SMA and transmitted to the service provider during the contract's validity period. In the absence of activation, no cancellation or waiting period compensation will be paid to the service provider.
