As part of the preventive maintenance of dry risers, the incumbent is responsible for: o Dry risers - Annual inspection: o Inspection of fittings, valves, and check valves. o Verification of the absence of obstructions. - Annual pressure test at 16 bar for 1 hour. - Verification of the circuit's leak-tightness. - Replacement of seals if necessary. | As part of preventive maintenance, the incumbent is responsible for: - Performing semi-annual functional tests: o Testing detectors (smoke, heat, flame) with appropriate devices. o Verification of the proper functioning of detection loops. o Simulation of a fire alarm. o Testing of alarm transmitters and connections to the security PC. - Complete annual maintenance: o Cleaning and recalibration of detectors if necessary. o Verification of backup batteries and battery life. o Inspection and replacement of defective components. | As part of preventive maintenance, the incumbent is responsible for: Natural smoke extraction - Annual check: Inspection of smoke vents, skylights, and manual controls. Verification of the proper functioning of cylinders and triggers. Functional test by triggering. Cleaning and lubrication of moving parts. Mechanical smoke extraction: - Semi-annual tests: Verification of the proper functioning of fans and fire dampers. Checking of smoke extraction dampers (absence of obstruction, reaction to triggering). Cleaning and lubrication of components. - Complete annual maintenance: Checking of electrical circuits and motors. Testing of interlocks and opening delays. | As part of preventive maintenance, the incumbent is responsible for: Semi-annual check: Checking the level of gas tanks. Verification of the tightness of circuits. Testing of solenoid valves and leak detectors. Annual functional test without actual triggering. - Checking batteries and warning devices. - Replacing gas cartridges according to the recommended lifespan.
