France – Geotechnical engineering services – Assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage - Pilotage des investigations de diagnostic du milieu physique souterrain, des infrastructures et du patrimoine bâti

The framework agreement with purchase orders, not divided into lots, single-award, without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 1,200,000 euros excluding VAT per contractual period of twenty-four (24) months, aims to manage diagnostic investigations of the underground physical environment, infrastructure and built heritage and to support their integration into the design and implementation studies of the following missions: - Assistance in awarding a contract for investigations of the underground physical environment, infrastructure and built heritage (boreholes, tests, reports, diagnostics) - The definition (except for projects whose project management contract already provides for the performance of this service) of programs adapted to transport projects: - geotechnical, hydrogeological, hydrogeotechnical investigations; - pollution investigations in asphalt and/or groundwater; - diagnostics of valorization possibilities; - Conducting a vulnerability assessment study - Conducting a historical pyrotechnical study and assisting with the awarding of works contracts to take this risk into account - Monitoring investigation campaigns planned in the programs when the Project Owner deems it necessary, as well as supervising geotechnical missions (G1, G2) - Consulting services. All services are described in the Special Technical Specifications (CCTP) of this framework agreement.
