The services covered by this contract relate to the main project management tasks, obtaining administrative authorizations, and providing project owner assistance during the design and construction phases. The project consists of constructing dedicated bus lanes in place of the emergency stopping lane, over a distance of approximately 1,100 meters in direction 1 and approximately 500 meters in direction 2. The development of the dedicated bus lane in direction 1 extends: - along the main section of the A11 motorway from approximately km 345+660 to km 346+520, - along the exit ramp of interchange no. 25 up to the connecting junction. One of the main constraints is related to the presence of PI 7 (SNCF railway structure), which must be adapted and reinforced. The main project management mission includes project management for the design and construction phases, as defined by the French Public Procurement Code (MOP) and its implementing regulations (APRO, AVP, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, OPC, AOR, ITS). The project management assistance mission includes, in particular: - The production and monitoring of supplementary studies necessary for the preparation of technical and regulatory documents, - The production of regulatory documents and participation in administrative procedures, - The management and organization of the mission. The development of the final VRTC (Route de Transport en Commun - Bus Rapid Transit) in direction 2 extends: - along the current section of the A11 motorway from approximately km 344+800 to km 344+500, - along the exit ramp of interchange no. 24 up to the connecting junction.
