France – Hire of helicopters with crew – Location d'un hélicoptère bombardier d'eau (HBE) polyvalent avec pilote, mécanicien et support technique

As part of its efforts to protect the department's forest heritage, the Haute-Corse Fire and Rescue Service (SIS 2B) wishes to acquire a water-bombing helicopter (HBE) with crews. This HBE will be integrated into the SIS 2B's operational organization. It will operate outside urban areas and exclusively during daylight hours for aerial firefighting missions in natural areas and for training exercises. As needed, it may also participate in other types of missions such as rescuing people, transporting personnel and equipment, reconnaissance and coordination missions, surveillance, lifting operations, deploying aerial hose reels, filling water tanks, and recording and transmitting data via autonomous devices provided by SIS 2B. It may also be deployed under the same conditions outside the territorial boundaries of the Haute-Corse department at the request of SIS 2B. For your information, the maximum amount for a summer season is €328,000.00 excluding VAT.
