France – Mobile-telephone services – La présente consultation a pour objet l'acquisition de solution de téléphonie mobile et l'exécution des prestations associées pour le compte des organismes de Sécurité sociale.

The chosen form for Lot 1 is a single-award framework agreement, in accordance with Article R. 2162-9 of the French Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement will be implemented through subsequent contracts under the conditions set forth in Articles R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the French Public Procurement Code. The social security organizations will sign their subsequent contracts with the holder of this framework agreement. These subsequent contracts will be executed by means of purchase orders issued as needed and as services progress, by the various organizations within the branches or schemes of the social security system, without any commitment to a minimum or maximum amount, in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2162-4-3° of the French Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to these provisions, the subsequent contracts are formalized by the beneficiary organizations according to their legal structure. Public social security institutions (National Funds) enter into contracts subject to the regulatory and legislative provisions of the Public Procurement Code.
