Lot 1 (Scope 1) The services are subject to a framework agreement with a maximum amount of 9 million euros awarded to a single contractor. The services consist of: - BUILD SERVICES (INITIAL SCOPE) a) Project Management Services, b) POP Services (design study and implementation), c) Platform (design study and implementation), d) Internal service costs, e) Service access costs (Migration of the entire lot), - RUN SERVICES a) On-site service for links outside the reversibility period, b) Supervision/Operation, c) Reversibility, - MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES a) Cable laying on a site, b) On-site technician visits (site visit, analysis, etc.), c) Creation of a copper link - by link type, d) Creation of a new VRF / a new VPN.
