France – Probation services – La présente consultation a pour objet l'exécution des prestations de valorisation d'objets et matériaux par réemploi sur le territoire de la Métropole Européenne de Lille, relevant de la catégorie des biens ménagers (ou assimilables à des biens ménagers) et des matériaux ou éléments de construction. Il s'agit de marchés réservés.

Lot 1 - Reuse of objects and materials in the Northeast region. This contract is reserved for work integration social enterprises (WISEs), sheltered workshops, supported employment services, or equivalent organizations. In accordance with Article 5 of the Contract Agreement, the contractor undertakes, as stipulated in the Special Conditions of Contract (CCAP), to allocate a minimum number of hours of work integration activities, as specified in the Contract Agreement, to the performance of the contract. The contract is based on unit prices for quantities actually delivered. The minimum amount over the contract period (3 years) is €300,000 excluding VAT, and the maximum amount over the contract period (3 years) is €1,800,000 excluding VAT. | Lot 2 - Reuse of objects and materials in the Southwest region. This contract is reserved for work integration social enterprises (WISEs), sheltered workshops, supported employment services, or equivalent structures. In accordance with Article 5 of the Contract Agreement, the contractor undertakes, as stipulated in the Special Conditions of Contract (CCAP), to allocate a minimum number of hours of work integration activities, as specified in the Contract Agreement, to the performance of the contract. The contract is based on unit prices for the actual quantities delivered. The minimum amount over the contract period (3 years) is €400,000 excluding VAT, and the maximum amount over the contract period (3 years) is €2,500,000 excluding VAT.
