France – Technical control services – B23-04413-HTO : Appel d'offre ouvert relatif à un marché de contrôle technique pour le projet CEDRA Tranche 3

The purpose of this contract is to carry out a technical control mission related to the CEDRA Tranche 3 project during the design and construction phases. The services will be performed on behalf of the Engineering and Project Management Department (DIMP) of the CEA Cadarache. The contract is structured as follows: - Firm portion, - Optional portion, - Estimated portion for additional services based on a Unit Price Schedule. Firm portion: The firm portion comprises 4 missions and is broken down as follows (see 7.2 of the specifications): - Mission "L", - Mission "S", - Mission "PS", - Mission "Pv". Optional portion: The optional portion comprises seven options defined as follows (see 7.3 of the specifications): During the design phase: - Option 2.1 Mission "P1", - Option 2.2 Mission "F", - Option 2.3 Mission "AV". During the implementation phase: - Option 1: extension of Missions "L", "S", "PS", "Pv" of the firm portion for the implementation phase, - Option 3.1 Mission "P1", - Option 3.2 Mission "F", - Option 3.3 Mission "AV". To participate in this consultation, the company or consortium must: - Submit the professional qualification certificates and the required authorizations for the performance of the service: Valid technical inspector accreditation (State accreditation as provided for in Article L. 125-3 of the French Building and Housing Code), - Demonstrate sufficient financial and professional capacity for the services covered by the consultation, - Not be subject to any of the exclusions from bidding stipulated in Articles L.2141-1 to L.2141-5 and L.2141-7 to L.2141-11 of the French Public Procurement Code.
