Provision of Internet access and a Class C public IP subnet on the CNAV's nominal DC1 datacenter, accompanied by an advanced DDoS protection offering; implementation of two optical links DC1/DC2 and DCS/DC2 with a latency of approximately 10 ms, supporting Jumbo Frame packets and capable of supporting multiple 10 Gbps lambdas. The optical links must follow different paths end-to-end; Lot 1 Provision of a private "Data, Voice and Video" transport network including COS and BGP functionalities (LAN side) between the 15 regional offices, the CNAV offices in Paris and Tours, the 3 datacenters and the agencies (approximately 550, including the regional agencies in the Paris region) and offering a non-mesh network of external partners of the Pension Insurance; Provision of internet access and a Class C public IP subnet on the CNAV's DCS backup data center, accompanied by an advanced DDoS protection offering; | Provision of a cloud-based telephony solution for the metropolitan sites of the Pension Insurance, accessible from the transport network, complemented by a modern softphone solution, compatible physical phones, and modern ancillary services.
