The obligation bidders most often underprice is at the other end of the life cycle. Taking away displaced equipment, erasing or destroying the data on it to a recognised standard with certificates issued per asset, and disposing of or refurbishing it under electrical waste rules is normally the supplier's responsibility, and the residual value of what is collected is increasingly required to be credited back to the buyer rather than kept.
